Your information
When you send an enquiry through this website, GoDirect collects the information you provide, such as your name, email address, website address and project details.
We use this information to respond to your enquiry, discuss requested services and manage our business relationship. An enquiry does not subscribe you to a marketing mailing list.
Website enquiries are stored in our WordPress enquiry system and sent to our business email inbox. Hosting and email service providers may process this information to deliver those services.
Please do not include passwords, payment details or other sensitive information in the enquiry form. To request access to, correction of or deletion of your enquiry information, contact info@godirect.tech. Legal or contractual requirements may affect what we need to retain.
WordPress and website features may use cookies for functionality and security. Any future advertising or analytics setup will be reviewed before activation, including consent requirements where applicable.
For privacy enquiries, email info@godirect.tech.
Partner applications include the applicant’s name, email, optional company and phone details, referral relationship and message. Approved partners have a WordPress account and a referral code. Applicants accept the programme terms and privacy use before submitting.
Referred customers submit their own contact details and enquiry. The partner code records the introduction. Referral progress and reward amounts are visible to the approved partner; customer names, email addresses and messages are not shown in their dashboard.
Administrators manage application decisions, enquiries, invoice confirmation, fixed rewards and payout references. Consent timestamps and an audit history are retained. Referral links use URL codes; this plugin does not use tracking cookies or automatically subscribe anyone to marketing.
We retain records as needed to respond to enquiries, administer agreed services and handle legitimate business records. You may contact info@godirect.tech about access, correction or deletion. Approved or paid reward records require a retention review; account deletion and financial-record requirements may affect the response.
